AFCEA, SD Chapter, Gloria McKearney, Scholarship Chair, and Jack Turner, Chapter President, join special guest speaker, RDML Kurt Rothenhaus, PEOC4I/PEO Space Systems, in congratulating the 2020 & 2021 scholarship recipients.  The chapter annually awards competitive scholarships to qualified high school seniors pursuing degrees in the STEM field.
