NAML 2026!
NAML is the premier annual event showcasing current machine learning research relevant to Naval applications. We welcome participation from the defense community, industry, and academia. The NAML workshop is an opportunity for researchers from Navy research and development centers and our partner organizations to exchange technical ideas and come together as a team.

The ninth annual workshop on Naval Applications of Machine Learning (NAML) will be held in-person March 2nd – 5th, 2026 in San Diego, CA. The NAML workshop is an annual event hosted jointly by AFCEA San Diego and the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) which will also include a Classified portion held at NIWC Pacific.
** This year’s event will provide the most exclusive Government-to-Industry! **
For the second time in the history of the NAML workshop, Diamond and Gold sponsors will have exclusive private meeting spaces (refreshments, audio/video, conference table w/chairs included). Your private space will provide an opportunity to invite and showcase your technologies, capabilities, and services. With limited Diamond and Gold sponsorship opportunities, you must reserve and secure your space NOW before they are no longer available. There will not be industry tables, exhibits and/or booths on the floor.
